Our eggs are fresh free-range farm eggs. We have a mix of hens, the majority lay brown eggs, but some also lay blue eggs. What’s the difference between brown and blue? Simply colour, nothing more. Our hens spend their mornings laying eggs and having morning social time in the coop, while in the afternoons they spend it on pasture and in the shade enjoying dust baths and other vegetable scraps. Why free-range farm eggs? Since they are grown with a different environment and feed sources compared to most commercial hens, you will find our eggs have an enhanced flavour and a darker yolk.
