We preserve a large list of in-house homemade canned goods. We take pride in these products as many are produced from products that would either have gone bad with time or may have been defective (seconds). Trying to reduce produce waste and extend shelf life is the forefront of our goals with these products. Well over 90 percent of these products are grown on our farm, but in the case of jams and glazes, the fruit is locally sourced.
